We request our user's credit card information when purchasing products through our site. Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Site.
If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
1. Returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt only. No return on damage or opened merchandise unless defective. Defective merchandise will be replaced. All returns may be subject to restocking and handling charges.
2. Special and custom orders may require full payment as a deposit. No return on custom cut or custom tinted or custom designed merchandise.
3. YOUR GREEN HOME DOES NOT WARRANTY ANY PRODUCTS. The sole warranty associated with a product is the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product, if any. In no event shall Your Green Home be liable for any consequential damages, incidental damages, for loss of use, property or profits or any other damages of whatever kind or however arising.
4. Your Green Home will not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance or in delivery or shipment of materials or merchandise or for any damages suffered by customer by reason of such delay or failure when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by or in any manner arises from or is connected with acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots, acts of governmental agencies, labor difficulties, failure of suppliers to ship or produce goods, delay in securing or shortages in raw materials, breakdown or destruction of plant or equipment, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Your Green Home, whether or not similar to those enumerated herein. All orders will be deemed to be suspended so long as any such cause prevents or delays performance or delivery or shipment.
5. Customers with allergies or chemical or other sensitivities may wish to test products before purchasing. To the extent practicable, Your Green Home may provide samples for use in testing. The customer alone shall be responsible for the decision to test and the method of testing. Your Green Home shall not be responsible or liable for testing procedures or adverse reactions that may result from use of products.
6. Drawings, blueprints, floor plans or the like provided by the customer may be used as a guide in estimating dimensions and material needs. All measurements, sizes and dimensions estimated by Your Green Home are approximate. It is the customer's responsibility to verify materials, style, dimensions, quantities and layout with customer's contractor, installer, designer, or other adviser and Your Green Home shall bear no liability or responsibility for the same.
